I guessed 19-20 on the first announcement and everyone was "Naaaaaaah...they'll pay a premium...its bookbuild, they be jumping over each other for this and best of all "It wasn't a pump"
Its predictable because the game doesn't change. A placement needs a "discount" and pumps precede the VWAP calc all the time--especially for soph investors and especially for retail sadsacks like Shaws.
