Cousin growing lupins in NSW is promoting them as an alternative high protein alternative to Weeties. I sampled the lupin flakes and they were palatable.
Lupins are a cereal crop with particular health and environmental benefits and hopefully WOA are harnessing the economic benefits as well with Buntine protein.
