My first on this shareholding (past tense as of today).
Amateurs absolute amateurs.
When the price is stabilising, don't come out with an announcement about debt covenants and obligations etc, up until this morning very few were thinking of it. They actually thought that would help - seriously!!
The Project Manager was fired way too late and clearly he had no oversight. Then to say he resigned is either being way too kind or an example of more incompetence, when any decent CEO would have fired him.
This entire management team and board should be replaced due to there pathetic management skills.
