Scarborough Funding - sorted with FCF
Synergies - USD400m p/a, that's pretty significant. Quick back of the envelop it's about 20cps p/a of combined group
Price - 52/48, again back of the envelope, looks like price was ~AUD19.6 or ~USD14.7. Win/loss depending on which analysts report you, of course they rarely state currency so who knows. Glad it's not over 50.
Under 50 with some certainty. Green tomorrow IMO.
