I have only quoted the points made in Mark Minervini's book.
Mark follows individual stocks, and is well worth following on twitter.
But
there is one famous comparison in Mark's first book that of old leader Blockbuster video vs Netflix new leader. This was a classic changing of the guard.
I'm thinking that Energy transition will be a similar phenomenon but will take years to play out.
US market leaders are usually tech related, not commodity related. But this energy transition will throw up something I think-guess? VPP ?
