Charting is always open to personal interpretation. No different to FA where two analysts came come up with different recommendations using the same set of numbers. It's the assumptions they use they can make the difference. IMO there are weak and strong resistance & support levels. Short-term the next resistance level is the 9th March high at 50c. After that there will be strong resistance at the double high of Jan-Feb around the 56c,57c level. I suspect we are about to get some decent news flow on revenue and Speedcast which will kick this thing along.
