You can ignore the fundamentals of corporate finance all you want, and you can apply as much positive thinking as you want, but that will not change the outcome or reality.
Unless noteholders believe that the AZZ assets will sell for less than US$30M (require to to pay themselves out), they will not be voting for this extension - this is the reality that we all face.
Are AZZ's assets worth US$30M - on the back of EV/1P reserves and comparable transactions in the area you would think most certainly....
