Let's allow the market determine what view is extreme.
An important lesson in investing is to assume worst case scenario decievable from the evidence and allow that to dictate risk tolereance.
Here is a quote from the sales script in the AFR article:
"I'm not the expert on what they do exactly but I know they are giving all Big Review TV businesses that qualify for our show shoot a free trial of their cash flow management tool and a pre-approved $15,000 drawdown facility you can use on your business," says the script.
Best practice debt facility offerings do not include "im not the expert on what they do exactly". You normally don't sell the financial product at all as the merchant. You refer them to FCC who sign them up. Interest free loans can have interest rate clauses of 20%+ if not repaid. We don't currently know the details of the FCC zero interest financing.
Take what you wish from that script and assess whether it could be scope for ACCC referal.
