That does not mean that the video is free, nor does it mean that the business owner has title or rights to host the video on other platforms such as Youtube, nor does it cover edits or reshoots that will occur on subsequent days, etc.
If I was to believe your interpretation, you are saying that BIG's business plan is to (1) promise free stuff (2) get money from FC (3) never charge customers or get money from them (4) incur costs to produce video (5) ??? So how does FC get their money back from BIG? Since this arrangement has been going since Dec 2015 I would have thought such a ludicrous scheme would have unravelled years ago, especially as FC are paid monthly. What you propose doesn't make a scintilla of sense. Or are you truly saying that BIG never charges any customers any money at all? It would be very strange if that was their business plan.
On BIG's website the upfront cost for video on the day is $395. So I could see that it is possible that this might be covered by "a sponsor" (presumably FC) in return for exposure to their business arrangements.
Enough already. I'd like to see the audited and checked half-yearly, and any changes to previous 4Cs before I make such a bold call that BIG never received any income from customers.

You are giving too much credit to a guy who has a history with ACCC regarding predatory SME tactics.

I see your argument, I disagree but I think it is cute. If what the AFR is reporting is supported by ASIC investigations this has a solid chance of getting referred.
