In regards to your second post, if it was me, I would just go straight back to the Takeovers Panel. They seem to take reasonably quick, and very decisive, action. I can't see it coming to this though.

Except that the return of capital (etc) would be to T2 and us remaining holders, then T2 would pass their share of the return to the ex-holders owed the 35c compo?
