if they don't care about the gold they hold in the states then why is the Fed fighting tooth and nail to deny any attempt at all to audit the so called gold reserves at the Fed.
Once the debt level becomes unsustainable,it appears to me that the system is kept alive by confidence and confidence alone.Sorry I forgot the lies and propaganda and criminal activity.
