I have two accounts, one I could log into and the other I couldn't - told me I had the wrong password which is crap and when I went to reset it with an SMS verification code, the submit button was greyed out. Tried again and got a message saying my account was locked and I have to call them this morning, I know there's going to be a massive queue to speak to someone.
What I did see on my first account was horrid. Trading history is difficult to navigate and apparently I've made no trades in the past six months when I did work it out.
This is not something ANZ should have been messing with, it will cost some people money
