oh, my experience with Russians has been great, both in Oz and a little in Russia
I have an opinion - it might be wrong - but, it's my opinion
first - they are fun, crazy bastards (if you like fun, they're up for it - but, I wouldn't be telling the insurance company what you might get up to)
they also, I was told and I think it's probably close to the mark - that they are like the hairs on an arm - if they are brushed one way - all is smooth and lovely, but, if brushed the other way ---------- it's awful
in war - they seem to do horrible things, but they have determination plus.
My first real experience with Russians came when I was about 30 ish - a mate who I worked with was Russian and I ended up at a wedding somehow - that's about all I can tell you - the rest is not even a blur, all that is left is reputation and a little liver.
Later I had some crazy contacts when I was building a project - and if we think Ozzies can do crazy shit in the world of invention - well, I think the Russians have it - they get the cigar.
