App annie reports it hit the app store on the 24th, and on the 26th it appeared on the charts in Canada first.
Being as I can't install it and says its not currently available in your country, I would guess they are slowly releasing it around the regions or they were the beta testers.
Currently English and Vietnamese reviews so looks like the languages are out also
