Not to be picky, but...
Fuel prices have started to come off last few weeks, and might well continue to do so before production fires up. Construction fuel load should be lower.
Significant dedicated solar resource (25%?) comes with sfa fuel cost.
On my reckoning, should be approaching 85% end July, only 11 days away.
This thing should run very hard next 3 months, IMO.
