I don't think CEZ forced KC's hands to communicate the way he did / does.

He could say that compliance and community engagement is important and CEZ leads that work, X, Y and Z has happened to further the project there.

He could say that Q, P, R elements of the DFS are completed, but we are not going to release a DFS until the communities and authorities are satisfied and more is known about the CRMA project status and possible environmental conditions and grants.

There's understanding here when facts are disclosed and there's an understanding about the timeline and milestones, however vague. There's none of this now, and there's lack of credibility that makes it very hard to fix it.
