So given point 2 obviously APT is likely a very good buy. The only question is the entry point given Point 1.

BNPL is not going to suddenly "dissapear" therefore somebody is going to reap massive rewards from it in time and APT being the largest is best set to do so.

I do have a question for the forum though. Is APT losing money because they are spending it all on expansion globally (which is my assumption). I also have lingering concerns that APT is value as some Fancy Boy Fintech when frankly its not a lot different than a bank or credit processor. I have concerns that this reality will dawn on people who value the stock one day and APT will be valued more in line with how banks are valued.
Furthermore the government continues to examine potential legislation allowing merchants to charge surcharges on customers who use BNPL>

The fact it is allowed on credit cards leads me to believe there is no way BNPL is going to be some snowflake exempt area either and Credit Card companies and their proxies (ie banks) have a crap ton more political pull and might than does BNPL companies.
So yes I would bet money surcharges will be mandated to be allowed by law in time.

Ask yourself this: If a merchant actively seeks out to offer Afterpay (which increases basket sizes and conversion rates) why would they try and get less people using them by increasing the cost to the user?
