This would have been prior knowledge to our sheorts that have been accumulating at ridiculous lows.

These combined will now see closure on off takes and finance that are all but closed and again sheorts know.

Previously retail - market advice was ARU needed to satisfy off takers and financiers particularly with FEED completion then the 85% offtake binding. Then there was obviously the removal of Chinese interests - holdings. There were also delays re GE split and the required silence of other key remaining off take - financiers whom held concerns over current supply continuation.
Fast forward we then obviously
needed to close out Aus govt financing and tax credits similarly to US IRA implementation and as advised last quarterly ARU had to provide additional and highly capable board and senior project delivery persons.

All criteria is now complete. So how long now for closure. How long now for all those critical announcements we have long awaited. Well perhaps end of June as advised is highly achievable. Outstanding. Well done to all who held tough and those who more recently timed their entry.

Sooner all is announced and equity raised at +30c the better I will feel HP are not going to mount a takeover for the lot.
