there's no mirage, this thing is getting built and demand will make it profitable. The overseers of construction get their pot of gold when it's built. The gov't has given them nuke deterrence to TO, which sits siloed in claymore fashion - hence the stealth.. SP cowboys and the associated parasites are a sideshow. The current SP by design or not has f a to do with pay day. The collateral effects of the massive gov't support is unacknowledged, ideology is pervasive in here. Keep your friends close, your enemies closer. Parasites can be symbiotic.
