More to do with not being able to complete the deal due to having to offer COMINIERE FROF over the 24%, as the ML hadn't been issued. Guess where that would have gone? Thats why it's a TIA and not a SPA. And now we have open hostility with CATH by the looks of things, so it's all unravelling for the Chinese bloc
