Like many have said before; is PC, our MD, worth the $$'s ($600K) we are paying him? Is it too much for no tangible results?
IMHO I don't think so, I don't believe he is managing all that an MD / CEO should be doing.
We are constantly missing advertised and agreed milestones, we are not, as SH's, keep up to date in a timely or regular manner leaving us to dream or guess what in earth is happening to our $$$
Just wondering what you Guys & Gals might be thinking?
BTW: I'm not trying to be negative, its just I know a few CEO's who get the same sort of $$'s and they work their butt's off! With hundreds of employees! AND they are accountable to their Boards and Share Holders, regardless whether a private or public company!
