Sounds like negotiations with the contractor for bulk earthworks was in fact still ongoing til now and is or at least was one of the negotiations Peter was referring to when I called him ..As I speculated yesterday.
Progressing contracts is a much better indication to me that Jinan are still well onboard and overall health of our financing prospects than 'the company progressing financing'...You don't progress contracts like bulk earthworks unless your still very serious about financing.
We wait..Still expecting it to be a late September announcement because..Well nothing is ever easy with this mob and financing dropping tomorrow would just be far too kind to me.
Well done team for moving the goal posts a few feet closer..Now for another few feet please.
