a lot has happened since Sept last year. When Magnis and Frank refute any wrongdoing, the lawyers will interrogate asic for not taking any action in the original investigation. It will get messy and nasty, but I’m confident it will establish a blueprint for a formal gov inquiry/commission. We just needed a test case and there’s no better case than the Magnis con. This will undoubtedly invite allegations against other asx companies like the ones you detail above
