seems quite important but not sure why the fall back is not to use what u got, particularly if actually keen to do a list for the 10,000 stuck owners. clearly never important, and never was, until court is done. back to the future effectively. would have to think this relates to the tax treatment of the spin-off dividend that got paid and therefore deeply intertwined with the ongoing ATO investigation. pity there is no discussion. oh well. contingency cash is in place... and then move on.
