IMO, and my life experience in the work force , the only people who needs union are the ones who treat work like a jock with no respect, they lazy and they need some other lazier people then them like union bosses who make more money then any body ales to protect them.
In the most of the good jobs around they force you to be a member of the union or you don't get the job.
That happened to me
