Under the current weak Li market and overall macro conditions, a CR would inflict more damage than the funds it raises. Just look at some other Li players who have undertaken CRs in the last few months. Considering the available funds held by ASN and the rapid progress on GR, as well as the upcoming developments on YC and others, if a CR is deemed necessary, it would be worthwhile to do it after the sp responds to the updates and announcements in the coming months.
