PENners could you please help me out to see if I'm on the right path - or way off. I haven't seen the share price or monitored developments closely as I put this one the 'shelf'. But coming back to see a share price at 40's is VERY surprising.
Over the last few years a few things have occurred that have confused me and I would love to get my head around it. Is it accurate to state that PEN implemented a share consolidation at $1 US with the premise of entering the US market ($1 was the price to enter market I think). They then developed a financial deal which allowed profit to a company when share price passes said 80 cents (again I think this is right!!). So if this is accurate then, once PEN returns to 80 c, this said company can then sell off shares to profit, flooding the market. If this is the case, then how would PEN reach the value of $1 to enter the US market to reach the US share market?
Im either way wrong - or exceeding baffled - or both!!
