Let me reiterate the part where I said "rational or not", clearly indicating that I am discussing the market's response to the situation, not what I personally feel or think or what I think makes sense.

Pointing out something which is happening doesn't mean I feel the same way the people I observe do. Pointing out that I consider it irrational should make that clear.

Any ambiguity at all, even if being perceived irrationally, tends to result in punishment by the market. I don't think it's coincidence that as the first month of the quarter/early quarter draws to a close, the QPM price goes down despite the market moving upwards.

The quarterly will hopefully have some guidance as to when we can expect the DFS, but if not, or if there's yet another delay, we can expect the price to drop, whether or not you consider that to be rational.
