Conservation of 88E Announcements Negativity principle
The principle of panic selling of 88E shares states that the SP cannot be increased, although it can go down in value whether the announcement contains good or bad news. The downward pressure on the SP increases as the more technically qualified shareholders make positive comments. Thus in the 88E shareholder closed system, the sum of all forms of negativity remains constant.
This principle is well known to the traders who buy on every announcement, then sell as the SP trends up and wait for Negativity principle to do its work on the next announcement.
