Well, after all the trades we've seen going through at 2.5 i thought i'd see if this was being capped at the moment so i put in alittle order at .003 just then, and yep.. guess what i got them for, everyone on the list at 3 is being queue jumped.
My order was straight through etrade so nothing funny on the buy side.
