I've never been part of a TO but I've seen a few occur and I didn't notice too much price movement prior to the offer. This could be because I didn't hold and only kept an eye on them from a distance beforehand.
Once the purchase price is released then the price seems to quickly run up to the offer price!
I'm just making assumptions of my own with that said though, might not happen at all but it's always fun to play these scenarios out in the head haha
It does seem as if we have bit of a run now, this could be a little indication that news is near?
