    ."..flagging the possibility of a new case to claim compensation against the government"

    I've picked up on, in recent days, in the media, references by judges, in their sentencing in general law, to "community expectations" and something akin to "most members of the community would expect' etc etc.

    Only human rights lawyers "expect" that government funding should be provided for claims like these......no-one else.
    No-one.
    We must be a true wonder to the world.
