How is this legal? This is not a service by an Australian company hence they have no right to levy a VAT/GST on a foreign service.

It really is becoming a kleptocracy. The theft never ends.

Ask Gerry Harvey HVN. He lobbied LNP and they put tax on for o/s GST.
