We are going to collect the names of interested shareholders and the number of shares held by them so we can reach five per cent of the issued shares to request that the directors call a compulsory meeting (see s249D of the WA Corporations Act in the previous thread). Once we reach five per cent we will advise the company that their Directors are obliged to call a meeting within 21 days and the meeting must be held within two months.
If the company calls a meeting in the meantime then we will call this process off.
The number of shares on issue (ref: Appendix 3B of 31 August 2018) is 565,192,681. Five per cent of that figure is 28,259,635. We are already over a third of the way there.
