Its really simple, if its such a good idea, let private enterprise develop whatever technology they believe will do the job and stop the handouts and subsidies. Whatever government tries to develop turns to you know what, and out comes all the experts with their snouts in the trough. And Chris Bowen would have to be the most unintelligent and technically incompetent minister in this completely hopeless act now and think later government.
