So your respect for NZ due to their so called moral compass has risen? That indeed is an indicator of the major problem the world faces.
Perhaps their compass is pointing in the same direction as their meat industry which is severely bent over in the halal position praying for more all and sundry Islamic beef requests - it seems being the world's largest Halal lamb exporter is not enough - NZ wants even more Halal beef exports from their almost exclusive Halal meat processing industry.
And of course NZ's pandering to the most powerful bloc of UN voters (Islamic majority countries) for their support of former NZ PM, Helen Clarke as the future UN boss has nothing to do with their 'so-called' moral vote?
NZ. A proud history of human rights? So let's hold the NZ candle up to the values it expects of others shall we?
It appears NZ has a serious history of pissing in its own backyard, but the left/PC will of course ignore this.
Its treatment of its own indigenous is worse than most. Over 50% of its prison population are Maori despite them now only representing 15% of the community. Lower proportional Maori representation in government/councils; higher proportional Maori unemployment and literacy; low ("shameful according to Amnesty International) quota/intake of refugees etc etc etc.
What do the lefties say and do about NZ's paltry record? They worship its 'moral compass'.

Yet another metaphor - NZ politics is a metaphor for what the UN represents - hypocrites, lefty bias but ignorance of its own track record, pandering to the Islamic vote for its own gain and of course playing the power politics game in return for favour.
That is the lefty version of a so-called 'moral compass'.
The lefties must be quivering in their collective booties at what 20 January will bring.
Time to call out the UN and its merry band of 'hanger onners' for what they are and to give them a dose of their own medicine right up the 'you know where' which won't be difficult because their moral compasses are rusted permanently in one direction and in one very vulnerable position of worship...they are all going to get what they deserve - just give it a little more time.
