The real answer is migration has changed the landscape into an Asian country. In Vietnam 30 years ago, an apartment was 30-50 annual salaries for a labourer.....yes you hear that right, those overcrowded countries have suffered houses not being affordable for much longer than we have. They have incorporated it into their culture. Families live together into old age and look after Grandma. Successive Labor and Liberal vermin-scum have kept the foot on the pedal and tuned Australia into what was affordable only 40 years ago into unaffordable now (for 80% of people who don't have the Mummy and Daddy gift) So, now what? How to fix? Easy..... Take migration down significantly, watch houses go backwards, wear it and hand our children the type of country that boomers were gifted with....hang on, every boomer is a greedy selfish shthead so they say no, plus, they're giving their children their house when they cark it, so those a-holes aren't going to say yes either.....the next generation have never contemplated owning things, they're too busy getting jabbed, drinking Soy and having sexual encounters with non binaries....they don't care.
