Every person that what to migrate to Israel must be of Jewish blood.Palestinians living under Israel occupation are not Israeli citizens and because they don't have Jewish blood, and living in a alternate system to survive on their own, while deliberately surpressed by Israeli government to prevent development.
Israel even classified 18 cows as national security threat because Palestinians tried to develop their own milk industry, so Palestinians had to hide those 18 cows in various places to prevent Israeli soldiers killing them.
It is not hard to see why Palestinians will never accept Israeli rule, a pure apartheid state.
