Hello foxes, i just want to let you know some information regarding MIK. Yes I know its a fox thread but there are some people here that are interested, and for those that arent I appoligise.
MIK is building momentum this afternoon, with an announcement due out tommorrow or Monday depending on contracts being drawn up in USA or aussie time.
Now it is a MOU with 3M for the use of MIKOH technology that is patented.
3M is a leader and pretty much exclusive supplier of car rego labels. They desperately need MIK technology to continue their dominance in the market.
Heres where it gets interesting? Other leading RFID companies are trying to get into the act also, however MIKOH patents are that solid that they are unable to do so effectively.
It is only a matter of time before these companies become the other end of the rope with a tug-o-war with 3M to get this technology off MIKOH and dominate these sales which are worth potentially billions of dollars annually.
Why is this technology so important? Worldwide governments lose over 30 billion dollars in lost revenue due to non compliance of car registration etc. With this technology it is bomb proof and all governments are going down this path as early as Jan 2008.
Mikoh are looking at either a one off exclusivity payment from 3M plus ongoing profit or 400-500 million for the technology. The one off payment is 100 million then 50 million annually + profit from sales.
So to all interested , do your own research and if interested enjoy the ride and to those that i have upset, I say sorry and I wont bother you with MIK again.
How do i know all this ? You dont need to know and either does anyone else, beleive and invest or dont , its your choice.
