Abbott and Shorten should be negotiating not threatening. Backing Russia into a corner is lunacy.
I read in the Adelaide Advertiser today page 4, that Abbott and Shorten want to ban Putin from the G20 summit in Australia later this year because Russia has invaded Ukraine and aided the rebels to shoot down MH17. Silly accusations.
Mr Shorten said he has the "gravest reservations about that man Mr Putin coming to Australia". What are they all afraid of? They are afraid that if Putin gets a chance to speak the sheeple might find out he's quite a reasonable man and not the pariah he's been made out to be.
The other big problem is that China, India and Brazil could boycot the summit it in response.
This G20 Summit will be interesting to say the least!
