Prove that a bubble exists.
Note that in order to prove its existence, it needs to 'burst' in the near future. Therefore, you need to provide a time frame for this to happen. I'll be generous and let you choose any six month window. This makes sense right?
Statements relating to estimates or what you believe will be discounted. In addition, any links to blog posts by anyone else airing their opinions will be discounted. You need to PROVE that an economic bubble of any sort currently exists, and provide evidence-based and logical reasoning behind when it will burst. Given you seem to have the ability to identify and measure economic bubbles, this request is reasonable.
