    Morn all , Haraj why would u compare 1989 with now ? The interest rate and housing plus commercial boom was way different to todays scenario . Interest rates then were around 17% with rampant inflation . Interest rates now around 5 and reserve banks around the world throwing cash around to try and inflate prices .

    The similarity with an Asian nation could be comparable as Japs were on a buying binge into 1990 and then collapsed but if that time period was comparable to now then using China our aussie market should of collapsed in 2010 yet we are still making higher tops ?

    I don't understand all your logic .
