If options were not looming and there was no pressure to accept a lowball what would the sp be that management thought was fair?
If all the news was released in a timely and appropriate manner and drilling continued at Centro and Panterra through over the next 6 months then by December where would the sp be?
Whatever figure you can come up or whichever way you look at it the fact is it's well over the paltry offer currently at hand.
