Now 10 Days since email below was sent to AVB, have had no acknowledgement of email let alone response.
Looks like the AVB have taken to heart OZL condition on their options payment that they must not provide answers to anybody interested in AVB rather literally, as it appears the AVB BoD have included existing owners in this complete shut down of drilling and DHEM results.
Hard to believe! Harder still to believe ASIC actually exists and is not just imaginary!!

Can you please give me a precise and exacting answer as to why on earth announcements are being withheld from Shareholders.
The BoD of AVB had promised drill results for Pantera, AN reserve update, further drilling at Centro and PB plus the company's strategic plan are not being released. The strategic plan that was completed early this year but is being held back should be released to allow ALL shareholders to make an informed decision about the takeover offer. If any of this information is not available due to delays, poor performance, negligence of staff then continuous disclosure rules of the ASX require you to issue an announcement explaining exactly the reasons each of the above items have not be achieved as you know this information now and are withholding it from shareholders.
If this information is available then the BoD has a direct responsibility to release this information which is all critical to being able to evaluate the Take Over offer from OZL.

Please also respond in writing and give reason why the BOD of AVB unanimously accepted and support a takeover offer, 50% below multiple independent valuations and then very specifically, how the directors justified that it was in the best interests of all shareholders of AVB to deliberate not seek an independent expert valuation on the business.
