Haha - joke on me? - Or will AVL act like a pelican too, and slowly lumber into flight in a most ungainly way, narrowly avoiding the crocodiles lurking in its pond to soar (almost gracefully) into a bright horizon?
The main point was arguing the MTMP EPA stuff relates to EVERYTHING - at that location, not just the processing plant and I disagree that 90% of interest here concerns the location of that plant.
. So whenever approval comes, given there will possibly be no definite answers about location of processing plant, how do you think the price will respond?
