Just spoon out as much as you can of the avocada (teaspoon is best) from around the stone, until you are left with just a bit of avo at the bottom of the stone and squeeze or lift out the stone. Very easy. I never use any knife except to cut one into halves. The other half looks after itself. I aint going to get myself into hospital via an acocado.
This is called the NO KNIFE METHOD.
