If a small cap does it, it's unethical and a waste of shareholder funds.
You use whatever means within the realms of the law in the country you operate in to get an outcome.
AVZ are sitting on the largest lithium deposit in the world that can generate incredible amount of shareholder wealth and wealth to the DRC. Nigel would be stupid to sit back and see it disappear.
