• A minimum of 1 if not 2-3 CRs as after acquisition there will be less than 1 year's cash in the bank to pay expenses and salaries to people who get haven't been able to get this through after years of trying, so 1 this year 1-2 after, and that's even if nothing progresses. Share price drops to 3.5c as discount to attract capital
• BLM gives approval (could be another year, could be never, it took Biden carbon trillions to get other BLM holdups through, AZL wasn't one of them, not seen a s strategic/viable enough). If this doesn't happen in the next 2-4 years, the viability of this project becomes very questionable and maybe worth selling the whole thing to someone in the Government's pockets already selling to auto/industry (LAC? PLL who did the SYA deal?). Price rises back above 4c on approval
• Drilling continues (there won't be enough cash to do even double the 4% of holdings that have been drilled so far. To do the 1,000s of holes required to see what we really own, minimum 1-2 CRs). Price rises to ?? based on resource grading and volume
• Assuming we find resource at more than X%, to build the extraction, removal (are we going to use Prairies DLE, our own proprietary technology out of the research centre, something else????), another CR, price drops again for CR to 4c - we're 2-4 years in and at the same price as now?
• Build extraction resource, start offtake agreements, etc. Price rises to ??? Will depend on lithium price at the time. Current futures say possibly 1/4 current price in 4 years' time. Current estimates $11,000T in 2025, currently $50-60,000T. At $11,000T in 4 years' time, is this viable?
