1. We do not own Mt Caitlin..... (page 2. valuation summary)... maybe we do ? LOL !
2. You do not discount CASH.... it is real... you do not discount it.... What is the risk in cash that you are discounting !!!!!
3. 4th dot point page 1. "we feel there is some external risk in it committing to downstream processing with a Chinese counter party" well guys, hate to break this to you but the Chinese are the only ones that do it globally. Do you recommend it be the Eskimos instead ? yay Eskimos !
4. In my opinion - Spod Prices under assumptions all look wrong. In fact numbers just look wrong...
In my opinion if they actually got things right... they probably means to say valuation of 1.20....
But hey what do I know when they have all these amazing facts that I did not know.....
