Yes I do actually, got a sauna here to, I do sauna first then cold plunge, bloody tuff but really lifts you for the rest of the day.....smokes are something rebellious teens try, get a rush and a hit of nicotine and are hooked. That's the reality,no fantasy,,not surprised you aren't aware though,,you were probably one of those nerd kids everyone threw fruit at.
